VASQUIAT VFR, S.L., with VAT number B67232462 and registered address at Peu de la Creu, 20, Barcelona (08001), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona on May 31, 2018, in volume 46505, folio 217, Sheet B-522234, makes available to its customers a platform for the purchase of its own products (hereinafter, the "Website").


These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") aim to define the conditions of use of the product sales service offered by VASQUIAT VFR, S.L. through the Website.
The purchase of products by the Client will imply the application of these Terms and Conditions.


Through the Website, users have the possibility to purchase products offered by VASQUIAT.
Before making a purchase, the Customer must read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

The Customer prior to purchasing the Product, must carefully read, consult, and review the description, information, and characteristics of the Product, the sales, shipping, and return conditions that may apply, and agree with them to purchase the Product.

If an invoice is needed, it must be requested from customer service.


Products can be purchased in euros (EUR) through the Website.
VASQUIAT is responsible for securely managing payments through its payment platforms.


To place an order on the Website, the Customer must:

Add the Products of their choice to the cart.
Select the delivery method and delivery address of their choice.
Expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions.
Select the payment method among those offered and pay for the order.
Once the order has been placed, VASQUIAT will immediately confirm the registration of the order by sending an email to the Customer.

In case a product is out of stock due to lack of updating, VASQUIAT will inform the Customer, who may decide whether to cancel the purchase or proceed with it, accepting the delay in delivery.

VASQUIAT reserves the right to cancel any order (even if it has been previously accepted), without being responsible for any damage and/or expense, in the following cases:

When an involuntary error occurs in the online store; for example, a payment or stock error.
When there are reasons to believe that the Customer is a minor or that the credit card to be used does not meet the requirements described in these Terms and Conditions.
When the payment information provided by the Customer is incorrect or unverifiable.
In the event that any of these cases are identified, VASQUIAT will duly notify the Customer by email, in order to resolve the problem before taking any action.


The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase process.
VASQUIAT undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address specified by the Customer.


Shipping costs and delivery time will be determined during the purchase process and may vary depending on the Customer's location.

VASQUIAT undertakes to deliver the Product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer, which must always be within the aforementioned Territories. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address provided by the Customer must be an address where delivery can be made during normal business hours.

VASQUIAT orders are delivered from Monday to Friday and exceptionally on Saturdays. You can always track your order with the tracking information sent by our customer service team.

Shipping times vary depending on the selected delivery service. If you opt for standard shipping, deliveries can take from 2 to 6 business days. On the other hand, if you choose express shipping, delivery times can range from 1 to 3 days, depending on the geographical location.

Please note that our shipping times should be used as a guide and are calculated from the time of shipment. VASQUIAT always aims to minimize potential delays, but we cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance. If you have any questions, please fill out the customer service form.

Our orders are primarily delivered by UPS.

Shipping costs are determined in lump sums based on the delivery method selected by the Customer at the time of ordering.

Shipping costs will be deemed accepted by the Customer at the time of purchase.

The risk of the Products (including, among others, loss, damage, or theft) will be transferred to the Customer from the moment they are made available at the place of delivery.


Customs taxes: will depend on the product, price, and shipping country (applicable to all countries if there is no free movement of goods).

VAT (taxes): will always be included in the final price.

VAT is included in purchases made in the EU. If the purchase is made from a non-European country, VAT will not be included; other taxes such as tariffs will be borne by the buyer.

International orders will be shipped with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that customs duties will already be included in the final price you pay at the end of the purchase process at checkout. This will prevent you from incurring additional costs at the time of delivery.


Cancellation or modification of an item is allowed before your order has been shipped.

To do so, you must contact Customer Service requesting the cancellation of your order here, and you will be refunded the total price.

For seasonal items, we allow you to cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team requesting the cancellation or modification of your order here, and we will refund you the total price or proceed accordingly with the modification of the order.

In the case of pre-order items, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Any delay, production change, or cancellation will be communicated to the customer as soon as confirmed by the designer.

To modify personal shipping address, phone number, recipient name, etc., you can contact our Customer Service team here and fill out the form.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified, but VASQUIAT offers a Returns service.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the physical store if the original purchase ticket is not available.

Likewise, product exchanges purchased on the website can be made in the physical store, but returns of products purchased in the physical store through the website will not be accepted.

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for certain purchases, such as sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and have been unsealed.

The refund of the product price will be managed by VASQUIAT, and the shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.

Once VASQUIAT has received the product and it has passed the quality standards, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase within three (3) to seven (7) business days, or through a voucher/store credit, immediately.

VASQUIAT will verify the adequacy of the returned Product in its warehouse, reserving the right not to refund in case of detecting that the purchased and returned Product do not match or that the return has not been made in accordance with these General Conditions.

The warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, misuse or improper handling, unsuitable voltage, electrical accidents, installation and/or use not in accordance with the instructions for use or not carried out by the authorized technical service when applicable, nor materials or perishable Products subject to wear and tear from normal use or being consumables.

Products modified by the Customer are excluded from the warranty.

The Customer will not have the right to exercise the warranty:

If they lack proof of purchase of the Products. To use the warranty, it is essential to retain the proof of purchase of the Products.
If the identification number is manipulated or repaired, as well as the guaranteed Product without the knowledge and authorization of the technical service or the issuing company of the warranty.
If some of the warranty data provided or the purchase receipt of the Products are modified, altered, or replaced.
In the event that the manufacturer grants additional commercial warranties to the legal warranty, for their exercise, it will be necessary to retain the corresponding warranty certificate.

In the event that a Product is non-compliant, VASQUIAT cannot guarantee that it can proceed with its replacement, as its business model does not foresee a lasting availability of stock. However, if the requirements indicated by the current consumer law are met, VASQUIAT will refund the Customer a portion or the total price of the non-compliant Product, according to the conditions of the Product and as agreed with the Customer.


VASQUIAT reminds that the conclusion of the sales contract of the Products, the delivery of the Products, as well as any doubts and/or claims will be governed exclusively by these General Conditions.

VASQUIAT does not offer any express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties regarding the quality and compatibility of the Services for a specific use, and the non-violation of the rules of use of the Services by its Customers.

In any case, VASQUIAT cannot be considered liable in the event of use of the Service by a Customer who does not comply with these conditions.


The Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy are published on the Website and in the Apps and apply to any use that the Customer makes of the Website and the Apps. The Customer must carefully read these policies to understand their rights and obligations.

VASQUIAT reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, these General Terms and Conditions. Customers will always have access to these Terms of Use on a visible site, freely accessible for any inquiries they may wish to make. Customers must carefully read these General Terms and Conditions. In any case, acceptance of the current General Terms and Conditions will be a prerequisite and essential step for the contracting of any Product available through the Website and in the physical store.


In the event that any clause of these General Terms and Conditions is declared null, the remaining clauses will remain valid and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of said Conditions.


These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona.
