When you shop at VASQUIAT, you're buying from emerging designers and brands worldwide, expertly curated for you by the VASQUIAT team. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, all items will be dispatched in bulk, guaranteeing efficient processing and delivery by the latest specified delivery date. Costs and Delivery dates

VASQUIAT offers worldwide shipping, excluding Rusia and Belarus. Please note that the delivery times provided are approximate and do not consider potential delays due to payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing.

Is reserved, occasionally, to run time-limited free shipping promotions on the website.

Delivery times might differ depending on the location. You can select between standard and express shipping for your convenience, outlined as follows :


Standard (2-3 business days): 5€

Express (1-2 business days): 8€


Standard (2-4 business days): 9€

Standard delivery time is within working days.
Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends, Spanish holidays or Sundays. Please note that orders are prepared until 2PM local time.

During periods of high demand, such as holiday seasons or special promotions, there may be minimal delays in shipping due to the volume of orders.

VAT is included in purchases made within the EU. If the purchase is made from a non-European country, the VAT will not be included.
International orders will be shipped with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), indicating that customs duties are already included in the final price you pay at the end of the checkout process. 
This will prevent you from incurring additional costs at the time of delivery.

Pick Up In Store

We offer customers the option to pick up their orders in-store at our Vasquiat Room in Barcelona, free of charge. This allows for convenient and cost-effective delivery for local customers. Select 'Pick Up In Store' during checkout. 



Returns Policy

VASQUIAT has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the day you recieve your order to ship it back to us for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Once we have received the returned product, we will conduct a quality check to ensure it meets our quality standards. After this, we will proceed to issue the refund using the original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days. Alternatively, if the customer prefers, we can provide a store voucher or store credit immediately upon receipt of the return.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
If an item has a VASQUIAT security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Swimwear and underwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached, with all brand tags intact and with branded packaging.
- Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
- Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including underwear or swimwear without the protective hygiene try-on sticker, earrings, stockings, accessories without the original package, altered garments further to a customer’s instructions.

NOTE: Please be advised that items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges and Returns In-Store

Please note that returns of online purchases made in-store will only be processed in the form of store credit. If you wish to return an item bought online, simply visit our store located at C/ de Provença, 243, L'Eixample, 08008 Barcelona, with the original order confirmation email or receipt within the specified timeframe, and our team will assist you with the return process. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
