International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and could potentially incur custom duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority and this expense will be covered by you. These payments must be fulfilled in order for your order to be released from customs. In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date
- Items must be in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label
- Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Items must have their original tags and packaging
- Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
- Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged
