VASQUIAT Brands are shipped Worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number.

Vasquiat offer 4 different shipping tariffs according to 4 different shipping zones detailed above and depending on Designer's location:

Shipping Zone 1 (10 €): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Nederlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK

Shipping Zone 2 (15 €): USA and Canada

Shipping Zone 3 (25 €): Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey), Cyprus, Georgia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Israel, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malt, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine. International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and could potentially incur custom duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority
and this expense will be covered by you. These payments must be fulfilled in order for your order to be released from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.





RETURNS

VASQUIAT has a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund or exchange. In order to initiate a return please write us at customercare@vasquiat.com. Our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you to proceed - you can either return the item and get a refund or request an exchange of size. Please note: - We cannot guarantee the availability of sizes when you request an exchange. It depends on the brand's stock and availability - Shipping costs are not refundable We offer free returns within the European Union. International returns are the responsibility of the customer. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number. VASQUIAT reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. RETURN POLICY
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date
- Items must be in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label
- Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Items must have their original tags and packaging
- Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
- Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product.
- Please use the VASQUIAT packaging to return your items, unless if it has arrived at the shipping address damaged.





REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order, within 5 days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account - refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.




YOUR ORDER


Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing your order details and tracking number, which you can also find in MY ACCOUNT under MY ORDERS. The order confirmation acts as an invoice including all relevant details. If you notice any errors on your order confirmation please contact us so we can modify your order.

Modifying or Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order within 24h of placing it. To modify your order (shipping address, phone number, recipient name, etc.) please reach out to customercare@vasquiat.com with your order number and the desired change. For in-season items, we do not accept modification of the order. For pre-order items, you have 24h to contact customercare@vasquiat.com if you would like to make any modifications (the above-mentioned, or other - size, colour, etc.)..
