Return Policy

VASQUIAT has a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. (Please note: we cannot guarantee the availability of sizes when you request an exchange. It depends on the brand's stock and availability).

We only offer free returns within the European Union. International returns are the responsibility of the customer, however, our Customer Service team will be more than happy to assist you if you have any questions during the process.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • If an item has a VASQUIAT security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached, with all brand tags intact and with branded packaging.
  • Swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

In order to initiate a return please complete the form here and our Customer Service team will get in touch to proceed with the return and schedule a pick up.



Once the return has been received and accepted by the brand, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. If you paid sales tax on the original purchase price, this will also be included in your refund. You can track the return of your package with our courier using the tracking number on your Returns Label.

Faulty items

It is our aim that every item arrives in perfect condition and that you are happy with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it isn’t aligned with the description on site, please inform our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or a full refund of the defective item will be issued.

We aim to ensure delivery is always carried out correctly. If you receive the wrong item, please advise our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we will arrange the return of the wrong order as well as the delivery of the correct one. Please take into account that we can only issue a refund once the incorrect item has been picked up.
