Do I need to have registered an account to place an order?

To place an order, all you need is an email address. You can place and track orders as a guest and sign up at your convenience. We recommend that you sign up for an account so you can access pre-order collections at discounted prices and your order history will be logged on your account.

What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

It’s easy! Follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our ‘Sign In’ page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email with instructions to follow to reset your password.

How do I place an order on your site?

Here’s how:

  1. Browse our selections by selecting a category from the main navigation menu or use the search bar to find a specific item.
  2. Select the chosen item and click ‘Add to cart’.
  3. Once you have selected all your desired items, you can view them in the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner.
  4. Under ‘View Cart’ You can amend your cart if you like, and proceed to checkout.
  5. Log in to your account or, if you don't have one, proceed to guest checkout.
  6. Input your address, payment and delivery details to complete your order.
  7. We'll send you an order confirmation and follow up with updates as your order makes its way to your door.

Click on ‘Size Guide’ on the item’s page to view our conversion chart. You can also contact our Customer Service team for the best advice.

Can I make changes to my Vasquiat order or cancel it?

It may be possible to cancel or change the order before it has been prepared. If you would like to make a change or cancellation, please contact our Customer Service here. Please note that it is not possible to add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for any additional pieces.

You can shop in three different currencies: EUR, USD and GBP

When will my account be charged?

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, VASQUIAT will take payment as soon as your order is placed on our site.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For your safety, security checks are made on all payments to us at the time of purchase.

Will my personal details be safe?

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For more details, please see the VASQUIAT Privacy Policy.

Shipping, taxes and duties

How much will I be charged for shipping?

The shipping fee will vary according to the order shipping destination. Find below the flat shipping rates displayed by geographic area.

Add as many items to your cart as you want since only one shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

I didn't receive my invoice with my order. Where can I find it?

We are making steps towards providing a more sustainable shopping experience. To reduce waste, invoices have been removed from VASQUIAT orders. Please contact our Customer Service team here and they will send you the invoice.

When will I receive my item and how can I track the delivery?

After placing the order, you will receive an email containing the purchase details. Once your order is approved, the appropriate brand will aim to dispatch it within 3 business days.

Delivery will normally take 5-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Our Customer Service team will keep you posted with any updates on your order and share the tracking information as soon as it has been shipped.

Please take into account that if you have ordered from multiple VASQUIAT designers, your items will arrive separately and you'll receive separate delivery notifications.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

VASQUIAT ships on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning that all applicable taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase price for your order and that there will be additional costs due upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

What is VASQUIAT’s returns policy?

Any items returned to us within 15 days of the delivery date will be refunded fully (excluding delivery costs). We also provide a free pick-up service for all returns. To make a return, please contact the Customer Service team here.

How do I return my item?

In order to initiate a return please complete the form here. Our Customer Service team will get in touch to help you proceed with the return.

How do I package my item for return?

Please follow these simple steps to prepare your item:

  1. Place any items for return with original packaging inside the protective VASQUIAT packaging.
  2. Attach the return label outside of the package and for international returns, print 3 copies of the commercial invoice and attach them underneath of the return label. Please do not attach any labels to an item’s branded packaging.

If you're returning to multiple locations, please pack the items separately for each of our brands, with a corresponding return label attached to the outside of each package.

Do I need to return my order in the VASQUIAT packaging it arrived in?

We recommend returning your item in the VASQUIAT packaging provided. If you're unable to do this, please find alternative packaging to ensure that items are returned in perfect condition. All items must be returned unused and undamaged, with all tags attached, including original packaging and branded boxes.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days. Please note that this time may vary depending on your payment provider.

You can track your package with our courier using the tracking number found on your returns label. As soon as it's accepted by our brand we will send an email to confirm your refund.

Brexit

Will the prices at VASQUIAT change?

The price of all our items remain the same however, the shipping cost has increased as a result of Brexit and the price of shipping to the UK is now 25€. Taxes and duties may also be higher than before. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

Does Brexit mean my order will be delayed?

If your order is shipped from a brand located in the United Kingdom, there may be some slight delays. We would recommend adding 5 extra days to the expected delivery time. We're working together with our community of brands and delivery partners to minimise the waiting time.

What happens if there is a delay to an order that is returned from the UK?

There may be some unexpected delays to orders returned from the UK. You can track your package with our delivery courier using the tracking number found on your return label. We will send you an email to confirm your refund as soon as the return is accepted by the brand.

Will a free returns service still be offered?

As the UK is no longer part of the EU, unfortunately we will no longer offer free returns.

What is the charge for shipping?

The cost of shipping to the UK is now 25€.

Do I need to pay taxes and duties when I place an order after Brexit?

All international orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), so taxes and duties may apply and will need to be paid by the customer.

If I'm returning my order, will the duties I originally paid be refunded?

Unfortunately, we will not refund the duties applied to the first shipping.
